But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands… and they did not repent of their murders… or their thefts. – Revelation 9:20-21
REFERENCE
Revelation 9:13-21
One wonders why, in spite of all the calamities that befall thousands around us daily; the famine, earthquakes, untold hardships, landslides & mudslides, etc, mankind never pauses to consider his Maker. Systems are failing, money is failing, otherwise strong nations are being shaken, uprising and protests everywhere, religious fanaticism and persecution…and so on.
The times we are in and the events around us should be great preachers to us that the end is near. Yet the heart of man remains dull and heavy to perceive God. It seems as though conversion must be by the special grace of God communicated to man by the Holy Spirit, received by faith, and not because man observes the punishment of the wicked.
This is a call to evangelism and revival, it is time for believers to step up their game in bringing the lost back to Christ by every means currently available to them. The lost, need to understand the signs of the times, they need to know that knowing and depending on God is their only ticket to living in total victory.
Their hearts and minds may be darkened because the god of this world has blinded them, but we are the gatekeepers that can take down the resistance and bring them to Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit at work in us.
Let us not drop the ball in our assignment to reconcile the world back to Christ! Selah!
Have a MAGNIFICENT Monday!
