“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth.” ~ Deuteronomy 8:18
REFERENCE:
Having led Israel from slavery through the desert to a land flowing with milk and honey, Moses could confidently conclude that God is the one who empowers us to prosper. To rise above the present global economic difficulty, you must make God your source; look beyond your salary, network of friends, business, or organization. God holds the key to your fortune; He only uses the channels I mentioned as vehicles to supply your needs; He can bypass them if He needs to.
How does God empower us to prosper? The primary way is the gift of life, health, and a sound mind capable of reason and idea generation. A man who lacks any of these will forever be incapacitated and unable to prosper; in fact, he will depend on others to meet his needs. But God also creates openings for us to get jobs, makes someone remember and recommend us for patronage, and stirs men’s hearts to visit shops, buy goods, and use our services.
So, if God empowers us to prosper (power is capacity, means, and ability), then God is all you need to have all your needs met. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and all the silver and gold are His. It is not impossible to experience success without God, but God gives all-round prosperity; only His blessings can outlive you and make you rich with no added sorrow.
Drop your old ways and mindsets to position yourself for divine empowerment for success. God may want you to do things differently or do a different thing. Recognize that although God uses people to bless you, He is the ultimate Blesser. Lastly, be ready to listen to and obey divine instructions. Ask God for direction in business and the use of your money. He will guide you.
Do not be afraid to let God take the lead your finances; acknowledge Him in every spending, project, or endeavor. God gets committed when He knows He’s your only option. He empowers you to prosper and has many ways He can bless you; He can cause ravens to feed you in famine and knows which fish of the sea He can command to bring you goodies. Be empowered to prosper!
