“…And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed.” ~ Joshua 23:14
REFERENCE:
Joshua was a militaristic leader saddled with the great task of bringing Israel into their land of promise. He took a budding and fearful nation to confront sovereign nations with established armies and dispossessed them of their lands. Aged, Joshua assembled Israel to give his farewell speech and retold them of all that God did to bring them to Canaan – He fulfilled His promises.
Joshua recounted how God fought for Israel and subdued great nations like Jericho. He also shared the lands of the heathens with Israel as an inheritance. Joshua then charged them not to depart from keeping and doing what was written in the law and not to adopt the graven images and gods of the heathens so that God would fulfill everything He had promised to them.
The road between where we were yesterday and now is filled with the fulfillment of God’s promises and covenant. He fulfilled His promises to keep you in your going out and coming in, protect you from the arrows of the day, sustain you in sleeping and waking, answer you when you call to Him, and many more promises in His word. Never lose sight of this truth.
In the same way, the confidence we have as we look at tomorrow is that God will fulfill His promise in our lives. God told Jacob in Genesis 28:15, “Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” Did you see that? ‘I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” I assure you today that God will keep His promise to you; it will come to pass.
You will see the fulfillment of the promises you are standing on. Receive it by faith. The lines will fall for you in pleasant places, and events around you will converge for the promise to come to pass. God will not fail you, your loved ones, or your business. At the end of it all, you will have a sure testimony; none of His promises shall fail. He promised to remember you this month, and there shall be fulfillment. The door of blessing won’t close until His promise is fulfilled.
