“For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.”” ~ Romans 9:15

Romans 9:14-18
Everything we receive from God comes on the platform of mercy. Where mercy, compassion, and love dwell, God dwells there too. Mercy is key in praying; not knowing this can make prayer ineffective. As in human courts, you can appeal to God’s mercy in courtroom prayers.
Understanding the legal provisions below will give you an advantage in courtroom prayers:
h. Present Superior & Relevant Evidence: Evidence is any material of fact that can be submitted in a court to determine the truth of a matter. Present relevant superior evidence to what the accuser presents to God. The only reliable and compelling evidence you can present is the Word of God. I John 5:14 declares it to be sure evidence. Let your prayers be based on the written will of God, and He, the Judge, will rule in your favor.
i. Prerogative of Mercy: It is the power of a president/governor to either absolutely pardon a criminal, relieving him of all the consequences of conviction, or to change his sentence to a milder one. God has the prerogative of mercy: “I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy.” Say, “Mighty Judge, I appeal to Your mercy. Where I am guilty, use Your prerogative of mercy; discharge and acquit me from the obligations and consequences of my sins, faults, and the iniquities of my bloodline or community (just as mercy spared Lot in Sodom).”
j. Compensation For Wrongful Convictions: A voluntary payment made by the government to someone who has been wrongly convicted and served a sentence. If you have paid for an offense you are innocent of, reaped the harvest of the sins of others, or been unjustly victimized, you can seek compensation before the court of heaven. God well compensated Joseph for his wrongful convictions. It is the biblical law of restitution. The ministry of Jesus was all about compensation for wrongful convictions. Ask the Lord to compensate you for everything you have lost due to satanic sanctions – money, time, and any resources.
Can you see how you can appropriate any of the above provisions in praying about a pending matter in your life? Be determined to win your case and deploy these powerful nuggets and see satan and his works woefully destroyed every time you approach God in courtroom prayers.
