God designed the prophecy of ‘It gets better from here’ to produce tangible fruits in your life. You are guaranteed a life-altering encounter with God as you heed the recipes we considered in our last two episodes. Nobody encounters God and remains the same. Certain fruits will characterize your life this year because God will watch His word to perform it.
Saul’s encounter with the prophet Samuel changed the trajectory of his life forever; his life became better from that point onward. Amazingly, a man who left home looking for missing donkeys returned as a king. Samuel said to him, “When you have departed from me today…” Those are powerful words; they were the pivot upon which Saul’s life radically turned. Prophetically, I say to you that when you have given yourself to practice the recipes, you can expect the following:
a. Miraculous Recoveries & Discoveries: The donkeys Saul sought for days were miraculously found. However, the crown he never sought was found; it was a miraculous discovery. You will recover what you lost (opportunities, funds, relationships), and what you did not know was meant for you or you were denied will be discovered. What you are seeking will come.
b. Forward Movement: Samuel told Saul, “You shall go on forward.” It is better only if you move forward in all your ventures. This year, you shall advance at the speed of grace. God will give you supernatural progress; He will give wind to your sail and take you to your destination. God will compress time for you and accelerate your journey to fulfillment.
Give attention to your walk with God this year. One encounter changed Saul’s life, and how much more when you seek His face daily. Peter and John were better for being with Jesus. The Bible says that although they were unlearned, they spoke with boldness because they had been with Jesus. As the new year rolls in, God will open a new and better chapter in your life, in Jesus’ name.

+ Lord, as I give my attention to seeking You, honoring Your word and ministers, and seeking needed information and counsel, I will move from where I am to ‘better.’ 2024 will witness an improvement in every area of my life. I will wax strong in health, relationships, finances, and career. By year-end, there will be tangible proof that it has been a good year, in Jesus’ name.
