Right now, you may have ‘situations’ that you are fighting, which may appear too hot for you to handle. It could be a negative health report that looks like it will never change; or a financial burden that looks like it will never be lifted from your shoulders; it may even be a marital distress that is standing as a mountain before you. Whatever the case or situation facing you right now is, God has the same answer for you just like He had for Ahaz – ‘Be calm, don’t be frightened by those gigantic circumstances facing you because they are going off just like smoke without fire.’ That is, THEIR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!
Therefore, the practical thing to do in overcoming the opposition is to wage a war on them, by consciously proclaiming God’s Word and declaring that as they did not succeed in Ahaz’s life and time, they will also not succeed against you.
However, never make the mistake of speaking anything negative about the situation in the face of resistance or contrary evidence. Neither should you ‘spread’ any negative report about the matter. Only stay focused on the INCORRUPTIBLE Word of God and see your victory take place right before your eyes.
Look at that situation and declare boldly, THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!!
