SUCCESS IN LIFE (Part 1 OF 4)

 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. – Jeremiah 29:11

This week we will be doing a 4-part series on ‘Success in Life,’ looking at a couple of things we can do in order to enjoy all-round success as believers.

First and foremost, from our text, you can understand that God never planned a day of failure for you, His original plan is for man to always succeed.

Though man fell in the Garden of Eden, Jesus came to reinstate man to God’s original plan. If God went to the length of sacrificing His only Son just so man can be reinstated, you can without a doubt expect success in every arena of your life, so you don’t have to settle for failure.

God’s thoughts towards you are good, just like every good parent want their children to do well in life, and every great manufacturer want their product to perform favorably in the market, so also does God (more than a good parent and a great manufacturer), wants you to do well in life as His child, and so He has put in you, all you need to achieve success in this part of eternity.

God has so much to do through the believer here on earth, He therefore wants you, the believer, to see yourself the way He sees you – not as a chicken, who buries its head down pecking and feeding from the dirt of life – but as an eagle, who flies high into the skies, above all limitations and situations around it.

So, the first thing you can do to achieve success in life, is to ‘SEE’ yourself as ‘SUCCESSFUL’ by reason of God’s plans for you. Once you can see yourself as someone who has been empowered to succeed at work, business, marriage, finances, health, etc, you will begin to operate without limitations – in the God class!May you record MEGA hits in the things you are involved with this Monday!
