“Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” – Jeremiah 33:3
REFERENCE:
As I grow older and learn more, I realize there is so much I do not know. What we don’t know is more than what we know. There is only One who is Omniscient – all-knowing, and that is God. God’s knowledge is bottomless and broad; after all, He manufactured all things, visible and invisible, material and immaterial, and they are all at His command.
Life can be puzzling and is often full of mysteries. There are events of life that befuddle us, and there are experiences we either want to have or escape that the only thing that keeps us is the know-how, the key to unlocking them. God has limitless secrets that will unravel the mysteries of life and living. He has insight into every situation and knows the way out of every lock-jam.
However, God will only share His secrets with those who call out to Him for help, who earnestly seek Him, desiring and requiring His help (His secret is with those who fear Him). What could be better than seeking to understand things from the perspective of the One who made them? To get an appliance to function at its maximum capacity, you must consult its manual, and to repair that appliance if it malfunctions, you must consult its manufacturer.
We daily grapple with leadership issues, heading a team on a project, targets on our jobs, handling a hyperactive tweenager, choosing a career path, deciding on a suitor, etc. A fear that often paralyzes most people is the fear of the unknown. It has kept many people from making important decisions or taking necessary steps towards a goal because they are afraid of the outcome or do not know what to do to achieve the outcome they expect. They feel stagnated.
Call to God; He has answers to things you do not know. There is information that is inaccessible to you, but God has the key. His wisdom is in His word, inspired sermons, and the voice of His Spirit. You don’t have to be stuck in a rut or stagnated; call to God. Are there things you don’t know and need answers to or guidance on? Write them down, search for bible verses about them, then take time to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you. God will answer you.
