For thus says the LORD: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place.- Jeremiah 29:10
REFERENCE
Jeremiah 29:10-14
One of the greatest gift God has given to man is ‘TIME,’ it has helped man to plan his life, set goals, make appointments, and has been exchanged for money severally. But, time has been one of man’s greatest source of frustration because he cannot hasten it, delay it or control it. The only person that can control time is God, and He is not bound by time because He is eternal.
When the children of Israel went into captivity in Babylon, God set a time for their release – 70 years, and the clock started ticking…tick tock, tick tock. There is nothing you are going through that does not have a time limit set for it. God sets and keeps appointments, and He is set to keep His appointment with you in that situation you are facing.
The devil may have stopped your job, set you back in business, broken your relationship, or you may have suffered a loss and he is saying, you are stuck in this defeat. But don’t get frantic or be intimidated, he doesn’t have the right to keep you longer than what God’s timing for that situation allows. Each passing day draws you closer to your breakthrough. Remember, The Clock
is Ticking!
The natural question in your heart is, “how long do I wait?” Wait until your time comes. God did not miss His appointment with Sarah; He won’t miss the one He has with you!
May this THURSDAY, mark the TIME for your turnaround in Jesus name.
