“For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.” – Hebrews 2:8
REFERENCE:
Jesus is a perfect model for the Christian because He took on flesh and lived where we live. This singular act qualified Him to be a merciful and faithful High Priest, liable to the weaknesses of human nature. He was tempted in many ways but did not sin. He had to confront the allures of sin, the assault of sicknesses, and the oppression of satan; however, He overcame all. Therefore, for you to live victoriously, you must live your life by the power of Christ and see Jesus aiding you in your walk. Take a look at Jesus and see Him –
Overpower and overcome sickness and disease – by healing all manner of sickness and was never sick Himself. Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power, healing all oppressed by the devil. By His sacrificial death, He bore our sicknesses in His body. He promised that “…In My name they will cast out demons… they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Conquer fear and demonic intimidation – when He stood before the authorities unperturbed by their claims to have the power to kill Him. He said, “No man has power over My life, I lay it down and take it up as I will.” He told those who came to Him, “Fear not.” Your life is hidden with Christ in God, so you have the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions. You are clothed with God’s armor which keeps you safe against all strategies and tricks of satan.
Prevail over death and the grave – when He raised Jairus’ daughter and Lazarus from death, and ultimately when He died. He voluntarily rose from the dead on the third day and lives forever more. Only as a human being could He die, and only by dying could He break the power of satan over death. Stephen proved this when he was being stoned; He said, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he knelt and…he fell asleep” (Acts 7:59). No one has the power to take your life, except you lay it down. This is the power of Christ in you!
As we conclude this series, go over the last two topics and familiarize yourself with the victory of Jesus and what He has promised you. Reduce the focus on yourself, or you will feel fearful, inadequate, unqualified, etc. You will be overwhelmed by thoughts of impossibility if all you see is yourself. However, look unto Jesus – His person, power, and promises. SEE JESUS!

PRAYERS
+ Give me the discipline to look less to myself in any life situation and more to Jesus.
+ I bind the spirit of fear and all satanic intimidation. I look away from all that distracts, and I fix my gaze on Jesus.
+ As I look unto Jesus, may I be transformed, and be daily conformed into His image – in power, character, and victory over satan, in Jesus’ name.
Amen🙏🏽
I can be a mirror that brightly reflect the glory of the Lord ! Hallelujah!!!
