We have been discussing breakthrough, but there is a supernatural dimension to breakthrough. A time comes when walls of limitation remain unmoved for inexplicable reasons, even when you do all you know you should. There is an anointing for breakthrough, and when it rests on a man, it can take him from obscurity into popularity and compensate for his weaknesses.
David was deemed a nobody in his father’s house. The father did not think to count him among his sons when God sought for a man amongst his sons. His father sent him to keep the sheep, perhaps denied him a formal education, and thought him unfit for the military, unlike his brothers. Yet, for reasons known to God, He chose David out of Jesse’s sons and had Samuel pour the anointing oil on him.
The anointing for breakthrough came upon David after that encounter. One event led to another, and a vacancy opened in the palace. Soon, the shepherd now lived in the palace, his musical skills went a notch higher, and he played in the king’s court. In addition, the healing anointing came upon his music and healed and delivered people from satanic powers. Later, David defeated a giant that threatened the nation and excelled in future battles.
The anointing is the supernatural release of the Holy Spirit’s power. Many do not break through because they are under a demonic yoke of limitation, unwarranted detention, and spells of delay orchestrated by satanic forces. The anointing breaks every yoke around the neck that ties such people to the same spot and removes all restrictions. It releases them into God’s best.
The anointing removes burdens, breaks yokes, and destroys them. A burden limits upward rising, and a yoke limits lateral growth. Burdens and yokes attempt to define how far you can go or how much you can do. Therefore, I decree that the anointing for breakthrough will come on you and destroy every yoke and burden in your life. I release you to rise and to spread; you will take new territories, rise to new heights, be sought after by the great, and do great things.

PRAYER:
+ I release the anointing of the Breaker over my life. The Breaker will go before me. Let every yoke be broken and destroyed, and let the walls of Jericho come crumbling.
+ From today, by the anointing for breakthrough, let the gates lift their heads; let the double doors open up; and let my destiny in life and career open up.
