FROM CAPTIVITY TO PROSPERITY

“He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness. He gave them the lands of the Gentiles, and they inherited the labor of the nations.” ~ Psalm 105:43&44

Israel’s deliverance after 430 years of slavery in Egypt was a great miracle. Imagine being enslaved people for that long; you lose your sense of identity, your self-worth, and the power to dream, and you are reduced to a property, owning no property. However, history says God brought them out with silver and gold and gave them lands. He moved them from captivity to prosperity.

Right now, your life may mimic Israel’s experience in Egypt. You feel stranded in life and career, are dealing with a low self-image, and don’t have much to your name. God knows, and He will bring you out. You may have been at one level on your job for years, or your business has not had any notable sales/deals. I decree that the anointing of the Holy Spirit breaks the yoke, and you will move from captivity to prosperity.

I am persuaded about this because when God brought Israel out of captivity, He gave them good health, silver, gold, landed property, and fed them supernaturally. Their lives dramatically turned for the better. I see God bring you out of the land of not enough, begging, struggling, and borrowing. You are coming out of the land of squatting in people’s houses, working with little results, captivity and bondage, and fear and lack. You are coming into a wealthy place.

Forget about where you have been or what you have been through; God’s destination for you is the land of ‘Rich Fulfilment.’ It is a place of blessing others, lending, not borrowing, and living in your own house, where abundant supply and sustainable wealth exist on all sides. Hallelujah! Your address has changed! God will bring you out and then take you in!

Verse 38 says, “Egypt was glad when they departed, for the fear of them had fallen upon them.” Refusing Israel to leave came at a high cost to Egypt, so they were happy to let them go. Right now, I release the terror of God upon every power holding you down in the land of lack and pain. They free you now, and you move from captivity to prosperity, in Jesus’ name.
