For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and deep darkness, the people; But the LORD will arise over you and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising – Isaiah 60:2-3
REFERENCE
Isaiah 60:1-9
This passage of scripture is God’s promise for you His child. It states clearly, that God’s glory (light) will arise over you. So, no matter how dark it seems right now around you, no matter how hard things are, His goodness, which depicts His glory will break forth and overshadow the darkness in your life.
It is not impossible for God to shine light when there is darkness, He did it at creation and also in Egypt (Gen. 1:2&3, Exodus 10:22&23). When there was darkness in Egypt, He separated His children from the darkness and gave them light in its stead. Since God has not changed, He is going to do same for you by separating you from the darkness of this world, whether economical, marital, spiritual or otherwise.
Furthermore, it says, ‘kings will come to the brightness of your rising.’ Meaning, the light of God shining on you, will make you attract prominent people to yourself – they will bring their wealth to seek you for your talent, skill, experience, wisdom, etc.
So what do you do about this promise? You believe and receive it, own it and confess it over yourself because He who promised, is committed to see it fulfilled in your life.
Arise! Shine in MULTIPLE dimensions of God’s glory this MONDAY!
