There is unlimited and so much untapped power in the name of Jesus. The disciples discovered it as they went on their mission – sicknesses were healed and stubborn demonic entities heeded their words of command in the name of Jesus.
Philippians 2:9-11 shows that the name of Jesus is above every other name, and when mentioned, things on earth, beneath the earth and in heaven bow and confess that Jesus is Lord over all. ‘Jesus’ is no ordinary name; it carries such authority that all of the seen and unseen creation submit to it.
As believers, Jesus has given us the power of attorney to use His name to do the things He would have done if He was still on the earth. Many today don’t understand the power in that name, so they use it religiously at the end of their prayers without giving any thought to the power inherent in it.
Peter declared boldly in Acts 3:16 that it was ‘FAITH’ in the name of Jesus that healed the lame man at the beautiful gate. Thus, it is not mere chanting the name ‘Jesus’, but exercising faith when using it that births the supernatural results that Jesus promised we would see when we use His name (Mark 16:17-18).

Whatever your challenge is today – health, finance, relationship, business, career, family, etc, apply the name of Jesus in faith against it, and command that challenge to bow in submission to the authority in the name of Jesus.
