For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this? ~ Esther 4:14
REFERENCE
Esther 4:1-14
God is interested in getting His blessings to us, so we can extend them to others. Genesis 12:1-3 alludes to this truth; He made Abraham great, and blessed him, so that all nations would be blessed through him.
Whatever resource God has blessed you with (a position of influence, prosperity, relationships, rich experiences, talents etc), they should be used to promote His kingdom by enriching others, because when you do it for people, you have done it for God (Matthew 25:34-40).
Esther came to be queen in Shushan, just about the time the Jews needed someone in a position of influence to plead their case against the annihilation of their race.
In this same way, God has not uplifted you and given you all the favors and opportunities you have by coincidence or for selfish reasons. You are where you are at such a time as this, to enrich, preserve, empower, transform, mentor and save many! It’s all fitting into God’s BIG PLAN!
