Habakkuk 3:17-19
Through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in you as a believer, you can boldly proclaim that, “The Lord is your strength.” For this reason, you are able to do all things He has put in your hands to do, because He infuses you with strength for accomplishment.
Today’s text again confirms that God’s plan for you His child, is to be exalted and promoted in life, i.e. for you to be lifted to your higher grounds. However, He also knows that you will come across obstacles that will try to hinder you as you climb the ladder of success; so He promised that He will specially fashion your feet like the deer’s, so you will be able to overcome obstacles in your journey to the top.
This means that God will equip you with the ability to be swift in combat – by providing you with the right information, smart associations, mental alertness and toughness, spiritual intelligence, etc, to enable you clear the obstacles easily; and then, you can reach the heights He plans for you to reach in life. Hallelujah!
