And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken. Genesis 21:1
REFERENCE
Genesis 21:1-7
The Word of God (Bible) is not just a storybook; the promises there are not just written to fill us with false hope or make us ‘feel good’ in bad times. They are promises that God intends to keep, they are a covenant that He has cut with us and has bound Himself to fulfill. They are an oath that He has sworn and sealed by the blood of Jesus His Son. He said in Psalm 89:34-35, “My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips. Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.” God’s Word is His bond.
Consequently, the Word of God you are standing on (in a particular situation) is not a lie; neither is it just to tease you, it is God Himself and He intends to keep it. The Word of God is the forerunner of God; it is His promissory note that He will do what He has promised. It goes ahead of any manifestation or miracle of God; e.g. before Elijah prayed and got rain after a drought of three years, a Word had gone forth. Before Creation, the Word went forth, Mary received the Word before she conceived Jesus, Sarah had a Word of promise and in a year, Isaac came forth. These all show that the Word is infallible. (See I Kings 18:1, 41-45, John 1:1-3, Luke 1:30 & Genesis 18:1-10).
Regardless of how impossible your expectations may seem, expect God’s visitation like Sarah, for the fulfillment of His Word in your life. God did for Sarah as He had spoken, He is not a respecter of persons; He will equally do for you as He has spoken because he is a faithful Promise keeper. In Jeremiah 1:12, God said: “…I am ready to perform My Word.” So, in this season of life, expect Him to meet specific needs, and answer specific issues, for which you have been holding onto a specific Word.
In view of the foregoing, it is time to ignore any contrary evidence and negative report and hold firmly to your confession of faith. Keep being faithful in prayers, in obedience, and in thanksgiving; that is your role in this covenant with God. As for God, He will fulfill every promise to you. I declare that in this season and beyond, you shall experience a PROMISE KEPT in Jesus’ name.

PRAYER:
Father, let Your Word become flesh in my life. Let me experience the self-fulfilling power of prophecy. Let not one word fail, of all that you have promised me and my family. Move heaven and earth, arrange events, raise men, and orchestrate situations to fulfill Your Word in my life in Jesus’ name.
