“Present your case,” says the Lord. “Bring forth your strong reasons,” says the King of Jacob..” ~ Isaiah 41:21
REFERENCE:
We previously established that God is a God of justice, which should guide us when we pray to Him. Satan understands this about God, so he goes to Him to accuse the saints with evidence to make his case. Like Joshua, the High Priest, satan will find a character flaw and hold it against you. He looks for any stain of sin, unbelief, impure motives, etc., and flaunts it before God. You must often source counter-evidence and present your strong case to pray through.
Our adversary, satan (the accuser or litigant), does not hesitate to find evidence against you however possible. He will source it from your errors, sins, iniquities of the bloodline, careless promises that you broke, or principles you violated. He brings up something your parents did and insists you should be punished. With these ‘facts,’ he is well-armed in court.
Prepare to think like a lawyer when praying judicial (or courtroom) prayers. You must be able to present your case and bring your strong reasons. These strong reasons are pieces of evidence or facts you source from scripture or about the nature or attributes of God that can invalidate or strike out any evidence the ‘accuser’ tenders before the Supreme Court of Heaven.
Cases are not won in court by tears or emotions, so if what you are dealing with in prayer is a judicial matter that the adversary presents evidence for, understand how a court works and get ready to make a stronger case than the enemy does, so that the Chief Justice of the court will vindicate you and give you a favorable sentence. Find out satan’s locus standi (the right to bring legal action or appear in court) on your case and find counter-evidence in God’s word.
Example: If you notice that since you ‘hurt’ a lady, getting married has been difficult, or you see a negative family or paternal trend in your life – these are judicial matters. The accuser stands in court and says, “Because of that violation or the error of his father, he should be bound to a life of struggles.” Go into the bible and get Romans 8:1, “There is now no condemnation…” or Ezekiel 18:20, “The sins of the father shall not be visited on the son.” Present your strong case.

TO DO:
+ Identify a judicial matter in your life that you know the adversary will have enough evidence to institute a matter before you in heaven’s court. Then, get into the bible and get a counter-evidence (a scripture) that will secure God’s mercy and timely intervention. PRESENT YOUR STRONG CASE.
