For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed, Says the LORD, who has mercy on you. – Isaiah 54:10
REFERENCE
Isaiah 54:7-10
We serve a God who though has a name that is higher than every other name, still honors His Word more than His name (Psalm 138:2). This tells us that, He is bound to His Word regardless of what happens.
Every word that proceeds out of the mouth of our Covenant-keeping God prospers in the purpose for which it is sent. A vibrant relationship with God emanates from the full knowledge of His Word and complete obedience to His commandments
It is therefore expedient that we study and know His Word, meditate on them and obey them; for therein shall we prosper and have good success. It is noteworthy that every promise of God in the bible emanates from a Covenant that God has put in place for our benefit. His Word therefore has the inherent capacity to fulfill itself.
Hebrews 10:23&36 urges us to hold fast to what we hope for in God, because God is faithful. Don’t give up on God’s promises for your life; after you have done His will (Word) concerning your life, you WILL receive the promise.
