How mighty is our God! Outnumbered, and facing a military garrison with his armorbearer, Jonathan declared, “nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few,” – I Sam 14:6. They bravely approached the Philistine soldiers, and miraculously, they killed about 20 men.
The Philistines were at war with Israel and all the odds were stacked against Israel. Worse still, the Philistines had methodically weakened Israel by removing their weapons of war and exiling all their blacksmiths. So, on the day of battle, only Saul and Jonathan had weapons; they also had no craftsmen to forge weapons of war for them (I Samuel 13:19-22). Saul and his soldiers were distressed and dared not advance toward the enemy. However, King Saul’s watchmen looked at the Philistine camp and saw the men melting away and scattering here and there.
When Israel was weak and disabled, God came in to fight for them; He stepped into the camp of the Philistines and set them against one another. Soldiers who had been on the same side, slept in the same camp, and fought the same enemies, turned their swords on one another. God set confusion in their camp! As they fled from Israel, they were so stunned that one would have expected them to know that their enemies were those chasing them behind; instead, they killed the persons to their sides or in front of them. The Philistines felt secure because all the swords and spears were in their hands. However, God showed them the folly of that confidence by making their swords and spears the instruments of their destruction.
God will turn all your adversaries against themselves. There will be friendly fire in the camp of all those who gang up against you. They will no longer agree and will turn their spells, charms, and voodoo against one another. Israel had been disarmed, yet they still won the battle. God does not need your arms, skills, abilities, etc., to give you victory. God figured that the Philistines would use the swords better on one another than if Israel had them; they were more skilled.
People may do things in your office/organization to weaken you by ‘collecting your swords’ and exiling your blacksmiths (moves to disadvantage you), but you will still win. Those who seem to weaken you only qualify you for God’s help. He will set confusion in their camp and turn them against one another, in Jesus’ name. You will hear news of friendly fire in the enemy’s camp.

+ Arise O God, and let your enemies be scattered.

The strategies of the enemy has been exposed. He strips the believer of his weapons, relies in multitude ganging up against God’s elect, comes in like a flood … But “whoever assembles against me shall fall for my sake.” by their own hands
Amen.
God does not need my own weaponry to defend me. He can bring me victory by any means necessary even if it entails setting my adversaries in confusion.

This is my takeaway today. God knows the ‘HOW’ to my victory. I rest in Him!
You may seize my weapon but I’ll still WIN🙌
