We had our thanksgiving celebrations yesterday, but thanksgiving is not just for one day as we have come to know; it is for every day and every moment of our lives.
Let us as a people learn to maintain an attitude of bragging on God all day long, praising Him irrespective of what happens, declaring His greatness and magnifying His name. In our text today, the psalmist says we should ponder on ‘praising the name of God forever.’
Yes, we know we might not have everything put together yet as it regards our finances, careers, marriages, relationships, health and all other aspects of life, but as children of God who are spiritually from the tribe of Judah, we make PRAISE our lifestyle.
We must make a conscious effort to let our praises go before God knowing, He is faithful to perform His Word in our lives despite and inspite of our present circumstances.
When we do, we will become more God-conscious and can see possibilities rather than be problem-conscious which only leads to fear and anxiety.
Show the enemy (challenges confronting you) that you cannot be intimidated, by boasting loudly in the Lord all day today.
