YOUR DESTROYERS SHALL GO AWAY

“Your sons shall make haste; your destroyers and those who laid you waste shall go away from you.” ~ Isaiah 49:17

Isaiah 49:14-21

These verses speak of the restoration of captive Israel. Wasted by the gentiles, God said He was mindful of them and would not forget them, signaling their recovery and return from captivity. To initiate recovery, the destroyers who laid their nation waste shall be made to go away.

An undeniable fact is the reality of invisible (sometimes visible) powers and forces that tyrannize and harass man. They stand to oppose progress and subvert every attempt he makes at making his life beautiful. Many are utterly broken and damaged by these destroyers who have tampered with their health, career, marriage, family, education, or relationships. You may desire restoration, but until these powers, these destroyers, go away, it will only be a wish. Thank God, however, who has declared that “Your destroyers shall go away from you.”

The destroyer is a force or person who puts an end to the existence of something by damaging or attacking it. It/he ruins men emotionally or spiritually, utterly defeating them. God will arise, and your destroyers will be scattered. He will drive away those intending to end your marriage, career, or life; He will destroy your destroyer and attack your attackers. He will stop the forces devising emotional ruin and mental instability in any member of your family, in Jesus’ name.

The language of this text is taken from the destruction of Jerusalem. It pictures enemies occupying a captured territory, planting their flag, people, and government there. However, they suddenly see no need to retain possession of the land any longer and permit the former inhabitants to return to their land and repair its ruins. God will cause the destroyers that occupy any area of your life to see no need to afflict you again. Your destroyers shall go away.

I prophesy that your destroyers will go away from you, in Jesus’ name. Pain will go. Ill luck will go. Consistent failure will go. The spirit of fear and timidity will go. Constant marital fights will go. Sickness will go. The inability to marry, get pregnant, or get a job, will go away from you forever. Those that will rebuild you (your sons) shall make haste and come your way. God will raise a voice for you where it matters. Those who will make your life beautiful will begin to show up all around you – wife, husband, child, boss, employee, friend, business partner, etc., in Jesus’ name. Hear what the Spirit of God is saying to you now; “YOUR DESTROYERS SHALL GO AWAY!”
