“Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” ~ Jeremiah 33:3
REFERENCE:
On the popular TV program, ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,’ the contestants have lifelines they can use when they are stuck on a question; one of these is a phone call to a friend who is supposed to be knowledgeable and able to provide answers. The contestants are often a call away from getting thousands of pounds added to their win. However, in some cases, the person called has been as clueless and helpless as the caller. Not so with our God.
God is omniscient; He knows all things and has limitless secrets that will unravel the mysteries of life and living. He has insight into every situation and knows the way out of every trouble; He will only share His secrets with those who know He is a call away and will call out to Him for help, earnestly seeking Him, desiring and requiring His help. He is committed to your success.
Have you been in a situation where you feel stunned and uneasy by its impossibility? Do you switch to the ‘what to do, who to meet, or where to go’ mode? You later realize you have not even asked God for His help and intervention. Our experience, intelligence, and connections deceive us into thinking we can solve our issues, but not always. Call God.
God’s knowledge is unfathomable; He is the manufacturer of all things. What could be better than seeking to understand things from the perspective of the One who fabricated them all?
It is common knowledge that to get an appliance to function effectively, you must consult the manual; also, to repair that appliance, if it malfunctions, you must consult its manufacturer.
God is a call away through prayers and bible study. He will speak to you and show you things you knew nothing about but are the key to the doors you need open. God has answers and wisdom tips. He knows the man that can help you, and the heart of that man is in His hands. God has resources, ideas, people, concepts, etc., that can change your life. You don’t have to be stuck in a bad situation; decide to seek Him today earnestly; He is a call away.
